Scrutinising this entire process is a team from the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service, which is permanently stationed on premises.
But it’s T&R’s own highly–qualified microbiologist who constantly subjects every stage of the process to further tireless and critical examinations.
This is not only the first NATA–accredited laboratory in South Australia but also one of the very few in the country approved to test for salmonella.
Much of this testing is way over and above requirements set by the USDA and EU. Because with food, you just cannot be too rigorous.
